1. Privacy, tracking, and personal harm
You may not use the Service to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, dox, blackmail, exploit, embarrass, impersonate, or identify a person without lawful authority. You may not infer or expose a home, routine, workplace, protected location, religion, health, immigration status, political activity, sexual orientation, or other sensitive trait.
Do not re-identify anonymous data; build dossiers; perform unauthorized facial, biometric, license-plate, device, or vehicle tracking; monitor a partner, employee, child, protester, journalist, public official, victim, witness, protected class, or vulnerable person; or combine sources to defeat reasonable privacy expectations.
2. Violence, crime, and operational interference
You may not facilitate violence, terrorism, abuse, kidnapping, trafficking, weapons targeting, burglary, theft, evasion, trespass, sabotage, or any unlawful act. Do not locate targets or gaps in coverage; track police, military, emergency, aviation, maritime, critical-infrastructure, or protective movements for harmful purposes; or interfere with responders, investigations, evacuations, aircraft, vessels, satellites, communications, or public-safety operations.
Never treat radio traffic, camera placement, aircraft tracks, fire detections, or event markers as tactical authorization, an all-clear, proof of criminality, or a reason to confront anyone.
3. System and provider abuse
- No unauthorized access, credential sharing, account resale, scraping, bulk harvesting, reverse engineering of protected systems, vulnerability exploitation, denial of service, malware, or evasion of rate limits, restrictions, locks, geographic controls, or provider terms.
- No probing private cameras, scanners, networks, APIs, endpoints, or infrastructure; only expressly public or authorized sources may be used.
- No removal of attribution, license notices, safety gates, access controls, telemetry, or audit mechanisms.
- No use that creates excessive cost, degrades service, compromises credentials, or exposes confidential configuration.
4. High-impact decisions and discrimination
Do not use the Service or AI output as the sole or determinative basis for arrest, detention, use of force, immigration, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, benefits, legal services, or other decisions affecting rights or access. Do not discriminate, profile protected classes, create unlawful watchlists, or assert guilt or dangerousness from proximity, movement, association, or model output.
5. False, illegal, and infringing content
Do not submit false emergency reports, fabricated evidence, deceptive claims, illegal content, personal data you lack authority to process, or material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, database, or contractual rights. Do not resell or republish feeds except where their licenses expressly allow it.
6. Reporting and consequences
Stop use immediately if a feature reveals private data, unsafe precision, an exposed credential, or information likely to cause harm. Report security flaws through the repository’s private security process where available—not a public issue containing sensitive details.
Violations may result in immediate session revocation, feature restriction, account lock, permanent termination, evidence preservation, provider notice, civil action, and referral to authorities. We may cooperate with valid investigations to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.
