1. Limited license
Subject to the legal bundle and account approval, Thunder Buddies Studios grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hosted interface for authorized purposes. No ownership interest is transferred.
The repository’s MIT-licensed code may be used under the MIT License. That license does not grant rights to trademarks, private deployments, credentials, hosted services, third-party datasets, imagery, maps, broadcasts, camera media, or provider content.
2. License restrictions
You may not resell account access; sublicense the hosted Service; remove legal, safety, copyright, attribution, or access controls; extract restricted datasets; use credentials outside their intended proxy; evade locks or quotas; introduce malicious code; or reverse engineer protected hosted components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You may not use the software for safety-critical control, emergency dispatch, weapons systems, targeting, autonomous enforcement, or any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Ownership and feedback
Thunder Buddies Studios and licensors retain rights in the ThunderLink branding, hosted configuration, original interface material, and non-open components. Data providers retain their content. Feedback may be used without obligation, provided it does not contain confidential information you lack authority to share.
4. Updates and technical controls
Updates may change or remove features, formats, data sources, limits, and compatibility. Releases may require new legal acceptance. The owner may put the system, accounts, or layers into Online, Maintenance, Feed Disconnected, Restricted, Coming Soon, or Hidden states for safety and operations.
5. Suspension and termination
The license ends automatically when access is revoked or you violate this agreement. On termination, stop using the hosted Service and any protected data obtained through it. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, enforcement, and accrued obligations survive.
6. No warranty
The software and data are provided “as is” and “as available.” Feeds and analyses may be wrong, delayed, stale, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited as stated in the Terms. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
