1. Public and third-party data
Layers may combine aviation and maritime telemetry, satellites, traffic, cameras and camera-location snapshots, news, natural hazards, fires, radio directories, infrastructure, public-safety jurisdictions, maps, routing, geocoding, and other sources. A feed may be cached, rate-limited, unavailable, simulated for presentation, or supplied by an operator. Provider labels and timestamps should be checked before any use.
Public access is not proof of lawfulness, consent, accuracy, or permission to redistribute. Original source terms, privacy rights, intellectual property, attribution, and database restrictions continue to apply.
2. Precision and correlation risk
Coordinates can be rounded, outdated, offset, inferred, duplicated, or associated with the wrong object. Camera icons may describe reported placement rather than a reachable live feed. Radio directories do not guarantee playback or agency endorsement. News markers may use an article location rather than the exact event. Flight, vessel, satellite, fire, and traffic positions may be delayed or extrapolated.
Combining individually public sources can create a substantially more sensitive picture. Do not correlate layers to identify a person, discover routines, expose private locations, evade coverage, or infer criminal or protected activity.
3. Artificial intelligence
Optional AI features may summarize visible context, interpret voice requests, select tools, or generate natural-language responses. Outputs can hallucinate, omit qualifications, misread location context, choose the wrong tool, or reproduce provider error. AI does not independently verify a feed and is not a human analyst, attorney, emergency dispatcher, investigator, or public authority.
AI output must be treated as an unverified suggestion. Confirm claims against current primary sources and use qualified human review. Never automate a high-impact decision, accusation, enforcement action, or harmful act from an AI result.
4. Voice and audio processing
Browser speech recognition may send audio to the browser vendor depending on browser configuration. Optional OpenAI Realtime sends microphone audio and contextual session material to OpenAI through a short-lived server-brokered session. Natural spoken confirmations send only short result text to TTSForFree. This app does not put microphone audio or voice recordings into its activity log, but providers may retain or process data under their own policies.
Do not speak secrets, government identifiers, private case information, protected health information, or confidential operational details into voice features.
5. User responsibility and reporting
You are responsible for checking freshness, provenance, jurisdiction, authorization, and potential harm before using information. If data appears private, dangerous, unlawfully exposed, or materially wrong, stop using it and report the issue through a private security or support channel.
The operator may remove or degrade precision, restrict a layer, require identity verification, suspend access, or preserve relevant audit records when necessary to reduce risk.
6. Attribution and details
Open the in-app Credits & Open Sources panel and review the repository Data Sources document for source-specific details. Map-provider attribution must remain visible. The presence of a source does not imply endorsement by its provider.
